Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer possessing demonstrable expertise in Ruby on Rails for robust backend development and React, complemented by Next.js, for sophisticated frontend solutions. The successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in the complete lifecycle of our web applications, contributing significantly from the initial design and architectural planning stages through to seamless implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React (Next.js).

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

Contribute to the architecture and design of our systems.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Contribute to the development of our component library and design system.

Participate in Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.

Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Expertise in React and Next.js.

Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Jest, Cypress).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
