Tasks and Deliverables
Contribute to the broader professional community through knowledge multiplication, documenting best practices, and leading internal strategy and training sessions.
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with a strong product mindset (focused on strategy, vision, and value creation rather than just execution).
A mature, deep understanding of modern data ecosystems, advanced analytics, and AI.
Demonstrated experience in complex data initiatives (must have experience significantly more advanced than basic data migrations).
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams to shape product direction.
Experience translating complex data and AI capabilities into actionable strategic plans and roadmaps.
Strong risk, dependency, and strategic alignment skills.
Excellent communication and program leadership skills.
Bonus: Databricks certification is a strong plus.
