Summary A Life Science Packaging Program Manager responsible for leading the packaging workstream, private label launches, and ensuring timely project execution across multiple lifecycle and launch projects. General Information The client manages lifecycle projects, product launches post-submission, and pre-filing engagement work within the life sciences sector. The role addresses pipeline delays by providing dedicated packaging leadership, working remotely with on-site presence in Rosemont. The position initially lasts six months with potential for extension. Tasks and Deliverables - Own the packaging workstream across the project portfolio, representing it in all project forums - Lead end-to-end private label launches, including labeling, packaging, and serialization - Drive daily project execution by unblocking issues, escalating as needed, and maintaining schedules - Coordinate effectively with the remote packaging managed service - Develop a repeatable, structured model for packaging program delivery - Provide critical review and challenge stakeholder technical data to ensure accuracy and feasibility - Adapt work style to align with diverse stakeholder cultures from development and commercial teams Required Experience - Required: Project management in life sciences or pharmaceuticals, including GMP, supply chain, and packaging - Required: Experience with labeling, end-to-end implementation, and project delivery in regulated environments - Required: Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and projects - Nice to have: Background in R&D development and manufacturing site operations - Nice to have: Experience in solution building, process structuring, and technical data stress-testing
